Ross Clarke

Ross Clarke is a part-Cardiff, part-London-based travel, food and wine writer. He specialises in writing about his homeland of Wales as well as his beloved Canary Islands and mainland Spain.

A former editor for British Airways and Mandarin Oriental, Ross writes regularly for publications such as The Times, BBC Travel and National Geographic Traveller. He is also a lecturer in journalism at Cardiff University and publishes a regular Substack newsletter all about Welsh food and culture called "The Welsh Kitchen".

Ross is a member of both the British Guild of Travel Writers and the Guild of Food Writers.
