Solmar Villas FAQs
What's included in my Solmar Villas rental price?
Solmar Villas' rental rates* are per villa per week and what you see is what you pay, meaning no 'under occupancy' or 'accommodation only' surcharges.
As standard, the rental will include preparation of the villa, bed linen, bathroom towels (you will need to bring pool towels unless stated otherwise), pool maintenance, utilities, gardening and maid service (see individual properties for the level of service).
Any additional local charges are shown as optional extras under the individual villa once it has been added to your basket online.
When is the full balance due?
Solmar Villas offers the option to pay for your villa in instalments*, either monthly or as and when you can. If you're paying in monthly instalments, the full balance is due 8 weeks before arrival at the villa, otherwise, it's 12 weeks before. The exact date for your final payment is provided in the booking confirmation.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in with Solmar Villas properties* is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am.
